James Nunn's picture puts tourists where they paid to be frightened and then supplies a hippo that did not read the brochure. Madison Davenport is the lead. You do not need a finer summary than the one Prime already printed: lost in the swamp, something in the water. Critics were lukewarm. A thirteen-year-old will remember the animal and none of the people.

Skip it. If the room wants a creature, choose one in which the fear teaches a person to go back for someone. This one is a tour.

Carrie White is a girl who needed one competent adult and got a mother who had turned faith into a cage and classmates who had turned a body into a joke. The film sees that clearly and then spends its talent on the slaughter. Understanding a crushed child is not the same as cheering when she becomes the disaster.

Do not put it on for Halloween. If a grown person wants the tragedy of a girl with no advocate, there are stories on this shelf that do not end in a fire.
