Helluva Boss

Hell as a workplace comedy. The joke needs the blasphemy. Skip it.

It is not ambiguous and it does not need a long review. Demons, sex jokes, and a hit job are the show. The fact that it is well drawn does not change the offering. Keep it away from the house.

The eight

  1. Industry

    3/10

A business, of a kind. The business is murder for hire.

  2. Household

    2/10

    Found family as the excuse.

  3. Piety

    1/10

The sacred is the raw material of the gag.

  4. Courage

    2/10

    Violence as a bit.

  5. Republic

    1/10

    No order worth joining.

  6. Temperance

    1/10

    Lewdness is the style.

  7. Truth

    2/10

It is what it says it is.

  8. Stewardship

    1/10

Nothing to hand a child, and it circulates where children are.

Scream Queens

Meanness as comedy. Leave it.

The joke is that everyone is awful and the awful get picked off. If you already dislike that joke, the show has nothing else. It will not sneak a conscience in under the gag.

There is enough of this voice in a school hallway. Do not subscribe to it.

Nobody is learning anything but a put-down.

  2. Household

    1/10

The house is a set for disposal.

  3. Piety

    1/10

Nothing is revered, including the dead.

  4. Courage

    2/10

Panic is played as a bit.

  5. Republic

    1/10

A campus with no obligation but the clique.

  6. Temperance

    1/10

    Insult is the ration.

    3/10

It is not pretending to be kind.

    Nothing to pass on.
