Pass it on
Foxfire
78Worth an evening.
The right kind of archive. Skills, not nostalgia, taken from the people who still had them.
The review
If this shelf has a method, Foxfire is the method. Do not wait for a novel to preserve a people. Sit with the person who knows how the hog is cut and write it down while they will still say it. The books are uneven, local, and occasionally proud of a hardness a later reader should not copy. That is still better than a smooth documentary.
Pick a volume and actually try one skill that does not require a studio. A house that only reads Foxfire has collected a mood.

The glance
Piety is the thin one.
Can conscience actually stop someone, or is reverence only in the shot so it can be mocked?
This phone is set for a grown person, just me. Change the ages.
