Khaby Lame
The shrug is the joke, and the joke is usually right. Fifty of them is just scrolling.
The pattern is the same almost every time, which is why it works once. A pair of hands does something fussy with six tools. He watches, deadpan, and then does the job the way a person in a kitchen would. No voiceover. The shrug is the whole sentence, and a lot of the time the sentence is correct: you were being sold the tools.
That is a good joke to have in the house. It is a poor way to spend an hour, because the fiftieth shrug is no longer a judgment. It is a slot in a queue. Show one. Then go do the plain version of whatever the hack was pretending to solve.
