Let's Have Kids!
Children are not a bit. Laugh only if the joke is on the adults.
The pink title is doing a lot of work. It may be a film about two people who are not ready, which can be an honest comedy, or a film that thinks reluctance itself is adorable. The desk will not invent which. The punctuation is already a tell. A baby is not a caper.
If you put it on, listen for whether the child, once arrived in the story, is allowed to be inconvenient in a way the film respects. Inconvenience is part of the good. A joke that needs the baby to be a prop has spent a person for a laugh.
